About Astrid Teckentrup

Astrid Teckentrup has been CEO of Procter & Gamble (P&G), one of the largest consumer goods companies in the world with over 100,000 employees and sales of more than US$ 80 billion, in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH), since 2021 and is one of the most important managers in the European consumer goods industry.

Prior to becoming CEO, Ms. Teckentrup was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing Director of Beauty & Grooming, among others, after working as Corporate MS&P Manager and Market Operations Team Leader for Food & Beverages at P&G DACH. Previously, Ms. Teckentrup was business development manager for Food & Beverages, DACH, and manager for Health & Beauty Care in Northern Germany. Ms. Teckentrup began her career as a sales representative at P&G.

Ms. Teckentrup was awarded the “Mestemacher Award Manager of the Year” in 2022 and is active in various networks to promote P&G’s commitment to greater sustainability and climate protection and actively promotes equality for women in society and the company.

Ms. Teckentrup studied at the EBS Business School with exchange visits in London and Paris.
