Dr. Sonja Fleischer

Dr. Sonja Fleischer, has been Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of ebm-papst, a hidden champion from Heilbronn-Franken and the world’s leading manufacturer of fans and motors, since 2021 and is one of the most important managers in the Heilbronn-Franken region.

Prior to that, Dr. Fleischer had Global HR responsibility as Executive Vice President HR at Heraeus, after having worked in the financial management sector and later in regional and global HR management at Procter & Gamble.

Dr. Fleischer studied business administration and business education in Cologne and London, and she received her doctorate from the University of Cologne.
