About Dorothea von Boxberg

Dorothea von Boxberg is CEO of Brussels Airlines, the flag carrier and largest airline in Belgium. She is one of the most important top managers in Belgium and in the European aviation industry.

Before being appointed CEO of Brussels Airlines, Ms. von Boxberg was CEO and CFO of Lufthansa Cargo, after serving as executive board member for product and sales and vice president of global sales management at the company. Before that, Ms. von Boxberg held various positions in the Lufthansa Group, such as head of strategy and investments for the airline and head of customer experience after being director alliance development at Star Alliance Services GmbH. Ms. von Boxberg began her career at the Boston Consulting Group and most recently worked as project leader in the company.

Ms. von Boxberg studied industrial engineering at the Technical University of Berlin and ESCP Paris.
