Alexander Sixt

Alexander Sixt is co-CEO of Sixt SE, a leading global mobility service provider offering rental cars, car sharing, ride-hailing, and digital mobility solutions, and is one of Germany’s most well-known businessmen.

Before he became co-CEO of the family business, Mr. Sixt worked as board member for organization and strategy, driving forward the areas of strategy, M&A, central purchasing, process management, and new mobility offerings. Previously, Mr. Sixt worked as the company’s head of corporate development and strategy and was also responsible for the company’s mobility offerings such as DriveNow, after he was responsible for the conception and implementation of Sixt Leasing AG’s efficiency program. Before working at Sixt SE, Mr. Sixt worked as a management consultant at Roland Berger. He began his career in investment banking at Deutsche Bank in London.

Mr. Sixt earned a master’s degree from the City University of London and a diploma from ESCP Paris.
